Challenge Following a year of strong growth, Groupe Touchette aimed to launch a new brand identity, “Always Moving, Always Connecting,” at their 2024 Innovation Summit. This required a five-day immersive experience for 300+ attendees, with a simultaneous unveiling across all national offices. The challenge was to create a seamless and impactful event that celebrated their past while energizing the company for the future.

The goal was to transform the Summit into a powerful symbol of “Always Moving, Always Connecting,” ensuring the brand reveal was deeply felt and embraced.

IDEA The Summit was envisioned as a fully immersive brand evolution brought to life through exceptional experiential design. The core idea was to create a memorable and emotionally resonant experience beyond a simple announcement. This was achieved through a dynamic five-day Summit, featuring engaging elements like gamified technology, a surprise pyrotechnic brand reveal, and connection-focused evening events. Simultaneously, a nationwide celebration ensured all employees felt part of this transformation. The theme was the guiding principle, evident in unexpected touches like the in-room branded swag, the interactive tradeshow, and the seamless integration of the new brand across all touchpoints, fostering excitement and shared ownership for Groupe Touchette’s future.

RESULTS The 2024 Groupe Touchette Innovation Summit successfully transcended a traditional corporate event, evolving into a powerful catalyst for brand adoption and internal unity. High engagement within the event app and enthusiastic participation in all Summit activities underscored the connective nature of the experience.
