    Mark is a recognised leader in brand strategy, corporate reputation and integrated marketing communications. As President EMEA at Citizen Relations, he leads teams across the region in shaping communications that build trust, drive influence and strengthen the licence to operate for global organisations. Mark’s experience spans advisory roles for the UK’s national airline, the Government of Saudi Arabia, multinational consumer goods companies and the Global Institute for Partnership & Governance, part of the Global Health Initiative of the World Economic Forum. His work focuses on helping leaders and brands navigate reputational complexity–bridging policy, culture, and commerce to create enduring value. With a career defined by insight, empathy and strategic clarity, Mark champions a modern view of reputation as a performance asset–earned through action, amplified through communication, and sustained through trust.

Her work helps organizations communicate with clarity and credibility. With experience spanning both corporate and consumer brands, she understands how brand perception shapes trust and stakeholder engagement. Alexandra previously served as a political staffer, advising senior officials on communications, policy development and issues management across a range of government portfolios.

    Katie is an accomplished consumer and corporate marketing communications professional with a diverse background in both agency and in-house communications. Katie’s experience spans corporate, consumer, government and crisis communications, particularly for regulated and complex industries. Her experience leading award-winning campaigns for blue chip companies includes SickKids, Egg Farmers of Canada, Innergex, Methanex, Waterfront Toronto, PDAC and various government agencies.

    Leading our New York office and U.S. corporate comms practice, Aly brings over 20 years of corporate and consumer experience to her role. She guides Citizen clients across all of our key categories through brand building, issues management, executive visibility, employee comms, and issues and crises. A Citizen boomerang, Aly previously worked as part of the Corporate Affairs team at Nestle Waters North America, and has led client work for companies including Dole, Duracell, Kidde, Valvoline and more.
