However, this oversimplification overlooks the rich diversity within Gen Z. This generation, like those before it, is not a monolith; it consists of various personas shaped by distinct experiences, values, and interests. Whether you are a marketer aiming to tailor your campaigns, an educator seeking to engage students, or a business leader looking to attract young talent, there\u2019s lots to learn in creating more meaningful and effective interactions.
