But how has that evolved and what is meant by \u2018play\u2019 in today\u2019s post-pandemic, hybrid work environment? In the fast-paced world of communications, a level of excellence, hard work, and successful outcomes is required, but employers and employees alike are looking for the workplace to have a sense of belonging, fulfillment, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenrelations.com\/en\/citizenconnects\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">connection<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
