For the first time, Citizen took home the Consumer Agency Of The Year award, shortlisted amongst Praytell, Havas Formula, Coyne PR &amp; Hunter. On the win, Nick Cowling, CEO, said, \u201cThis has been another inspiring year for Citizen.
